“Our Work”

Our Core Pillars of Work

Empowering Women

At the core of our mission is the belief that empowered women empower communities. We facilitate gender equality, economic independence, and leadership through skilling, micro-enterprise development, and confidence-building workshops.

Skill Training

We equip individuals with practical, job-oriented skills to improve livelihood opportunities and economic independence. Our programs include POSH awareness training, ‘Train the Trainer’ initiatives, and certified vocational courses aimed at empowering women, youth, and marginalised communities.

Education

We believe that education is the foundation of progress. Our initiatives ensure access to quality education for all — from early childhood learning to career counselling for  youth, and vocational training for women. We are nurturing minds, building futures, and unlocking potential.

Child Protection

We protect children from abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and  counselling, and access to safe shelters.

Nutrition

No child should go to bed hungry. Our food security efforts ensure access to nutritious meals, tackle malnutrition .

Tribal Support

From distributing basic necessities and educational material to raising concerns around infrastructure and transportation gaps, we work hands-on in tribal belts, especially during harsh seasons, to restore dignity and opportunity.

Women’s Safety

Safety is not a privilege — it is a right. Through certified POSH training, community workshops, and awareness sessions, we tackle real issues women face — from harassment in the workplace to domestic abuse to safety in public spaces. We also sensitise men and youth, building safer environments through dialogue and legal literacy.

POSH Training

Our founder leads certified POSH training for corporates, MSMEs, and unorganised sectors — empowering women and employers to foster respectful, legally compliant workspaces. We also train domestic workers and young girls to recognise and report unsafe behaviours.

Support Artisans

We uplift specially-abled individuals and underprivileged artisans by promoting their handmade products through corporate CSR partnerships. Our platform bridges their talent with meaningful market exposure and livelihood opportunities.
