Mrs. Archana Naik, Founder of Swayyam Trust, is a dynamic leader dedicated to creating a safer, more inclusive society for women and children. Crowned Glammon Mrs. India 2024 – 1st Runner-Up, and recipient of titles such as Mrs. Charming and Best National Costume, she stands as a symbol of confidence, compassion, and meaningful change.
With over a decade of experience as an HR professional and certified POSH trainer, Archana specializes in training, compliance, counseling, and organizational development. She offers one-on-one counseling support aimed at boosting morale, guiding individuals on their life journey, helping them choose the right path, and empowering them to make informed decisions, individuals facing personal, workplace, or emotional challenges—ensuring safe, confidential guidance.—ensuring a safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth and clarity.
Her commitment to social impact extends far beyond the corporate world. Through Swayyam Trust, Archana actively leads initiatives focused on gender equality, child protection, mental wellness, safety awareness, and skill-building for underprivileged and vulnerable groups.
